Choosing Contentment

It’s a cold and rainy day as I sit inside the hollowed out remains of a Lexus. Something that’s different is that I don’t pay as much attention to results as I used to, but instead I focus on my state of being. Incidentally, the results turn out even better than I expected.

As I’ve mentioned, I respect my resistance. This has calmed down inner conflict. It’s also cultivated self trust.

Contentment is a choice. It’s my neutral ground. From a place of contentment, I’m enjoying life.
